POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinate activities; attain manufacturing / sanitation goals consistent with safety, quality, cost, productivity, policy and delivery requirements. Review and establishes material, equipment and manpower resource requirements to meet task. Maintains departmental and facility wide standards and practices. Aid in the coordination of manufacturing activities with other facility functions such as materials, production planning, product development, product testing, customer service, maintenance and engineering.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Thorough knowledge of food manufacturing processes and procedures.
Thorough knowledge of material control, utilization and maximization.
Appropriate and effective administration of all personnel safety, food safety, quality procedures and guidelines.
Demonstrates effective communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent
Bi-Lingual is preferred.
