The Human Resource Payroll Representative will be responsible for all HR matters including but not limited to recruiting, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, training, compensation, and leaves of absences. Qualifications: Bachelor' s degree with 3-5 years of HR experience are required. Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required. Must have strong interpersonal and excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is required, as is excellent judgment in dealing with emergency situations. Time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and preserve confidentiality are required. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., managing 50-75 employees.
