Part Time - Office Assistant needed for a fast pased company. **Candidate MUST have at least 2 years of office experience **
Basic Requirements:
* Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point
* Strong Computer Skills
* QuickBooks Experience
* Customer Service Skills
* Self Starter
* Detail Oriented
* Organized + Punctual
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
* Knowledge of basic office duties: filing, copying, faxing, good phone etiquette, meet deadlines, and assist management
* Must be able to work weekends
